Basic Property Management. Inc., is currently manages over 80 pieces of property and nine Homeowners Associations.

Duties of the Manager and Basic Property Management, Inc. for Summerwood include:

• Inspect the subdivision regularly
• Supervise and coordinate workmen
• Maintain Common Areas
• Enter into contracts for snow removal and other services
• Keep in place all necessary insurance
• Maintain Association records
• Assist in the budget process
• Set up annual Homeowners Association meetings
• Attend Board meetings
• Enforcement of Covenants
• Provide financial records for the Homeowners Association
• Pay all bills and collect delinquent accounts

Basic Property Management, Inc. is the only Property Management Company in Summit County that does not handle rentals because it is felt such a service is a conflict reduces the quality of property management.
